Be honest. Is anyone looking at your organization’s financial statements?

If your nonprofit’s approach to Finance is: throw together a budget, hit print on QuickBooks schedules that no one reads, file the taxes, and sigh “thank goodness that’s over,” you’re not alone.

You’re also missing a critical leadership discipline required for making good choices. Worst case: you are risking the health and sustainability of the organization.
